2. Fill in details on page 2 -
attend a
Police Station in person - have Application Authorised and
Identified
3. Mail to Cabinet Secretary - who
applies VOAN and Signs/Authorises Application Form
4. Mailed to SAPOL from District
201C1
5. When Applicant receives NPC Certificate - make a copy
and mail copy to Cabinet Secretary.
Note:-
If applicant doesn't have internet access - attend
Police Station where they may complete a hard copy of
the form on application.
