Club Secretaries/Presidents

Below is the reply received from Andrew Cervantes, to access WMMR for 2011-2012

It is noted that Club Presidents, Club Secretaries and Club Treasurers can now enter and/or change their passwords on line and so the Cabinet Secretaries will not have a list of such passwords, as they did have prior to the change, which enables the Club Officers to quickly get info should they lose their passwords. Is it intended that Cabinet Secretaries will still be issued with such lists to ensure smooth operation of the system?  No.  We will not send all passwords for the same privacy concerns.  Instead we will allow one, single person the ability to report for clubs in the district.  DG authorization is required.  Please see attached documents (District Admin Role and application).  I have also attached other informative material.
