Lions Lady Aileen Kitching

Lions Club of Inverell

LL Aileen passed away 23rd March 2008.

VALE, LIONS LADY AILEEN KITCHING

Lions Lady Aileen assisted her husband Lion Gordon in forty four years continuos service to Lionism during which time she shared his fourteen positions including Twice Club President, Zone Chairman 1973-74 and Deputy District Governor 1974-75.

Lion Gordon also credits her with the awards he has received including an International President's Award 2004-2005, Life Membership 2001, President's Award 1999-2000, Melvin Jones Fellowship 1991 and District Governor's Award 1974-75

Aileen passed away in Inverell District Hospital on 23rd March 2008 as the result of a brain tumour.

She is sadly missed.
