A course will take one day to conduct properly.

Participants on each course should ideally be fifteen in number.

The plan should be to have two courses over a weekend.

A course requires two instructors who will be paid.

It is assumed that all others involved in the running of the course will be volunteers.

It is also assumed that the course venues will be sponsored.
-
Equipment such as road closure barriers and safety cones will be borrowed from the local council.
-
The hire of video display equipment can be sponsored by a local video store.
