  •     A course will take one day to conduct properly.

  •     Participants on each course should ideally be fifteen in number.

  •     The plan should be to have two courses over a weekend.

  •     A course requires two instructors who will be paid.

  •     It is assumed that all others involved in the running of the course will be volunteers.

  •     It is also assumed that the course venues will be sponsored.

  •     Equipment such as road closure barriers and safety cones will be borrowed from the local council.

  •     The hire of video display equipment can be sponsored by a local video store.

It is intended to try and obtain sponsorship from a major insurance company or travel organisation to at least cover the cost of travel and accommodation for course instructors. 
This would help to bring the project to a “break even” situation.
