Registration Process
1. Application
If you are interested in experiencing surf, sand and bush in Australia in an international youth camp setting with
LionsCamp
Kookaburra 2012, your first step is to complete our electronic application form.
Applications close 30th April 2012.
Simply click on the
Application
tab, complete and submit the form.
2. Invitation to Register
Summit application.
If
acceptable we will send you an invitation to register which
will require additional information.
Provide information & pay camp fees by 30th April 2012.
On
receipt we then confirm registration so you can make travel
arrangements.
The criteria for extending an invitation to register, based on your submitted
Application Form are:
your age at least 17 years at 1st July 2012 and no more than 21 years at 31st July
2012,
maximising participation across countries by initially accepting up to four Campers per country,
your commitment to the understandings associated with making application.
Your
registration will require endorsement of a Lions Club and evidence of
personal travel and health insurance as well as travel arrangements and
associated documents such as passports and visas.
You are advised to investigate these matters in principle
(without making a firm commitment)as
soon as you submit your application form so that you will be ready to
respond quickly to an invitation to register. Details of methods of
payment of your Camp fee will be included with the invitation to
register.
Registration is on a first-come-first-served basis relative to payment of the
Camp fee. Applications close 30th April 2012.
Confirmation of your registration will not be processed until receipt of the
