Registration Forms will be printed in the Australian Lion Magazine

There are two versions of the registration form available for download. This means there should be a version available to suit everyone. The versions available are:

Microsoft Word	Registration form 2009 by MD 3.doc    1081 KBytes	This version will require you to have Microsoft Word 97 or later installed on your computer
Adobe Acrobat	Registration form 2009 by MD 3.pdf 65 KBytes	This version, Acrobat Reader is required
