Committees

There are four Coordinating Committees which are Administration, Membership Services, Youth and Community Projects and Marketing. The Coordinating Committees have the power, subject to approval by Council, to form Sub-Committees.

 

The Coordinating Committees have the power, subject to approval by Council, to form Sub-Committees. A Management Group comprising the Council Chairman, Executive Officer and the three Coordinating Chairmen of the Membership Services, Youth and Community Projects and Marketing Committees review reports prior to the relevant Council Meeting to ensure that all information required for Council is available and in a form which will enable Council to take decisions and develop policy. The Management Group is supported by the Council Treasurer and the Legal Officer.

 

The Executive Officer is the Chairman of the Administration Coordinating Committee. The Committees are there to help you as well as to manage the affairs of the Multiple District.
