As Cabinet Treasurer, implemented changes to the District budgeting process and in conjunction with PDG Norm Alcock set up a Chart of Accounts which was designed to lead to a better understanding of the financial demands placed upon District. This has provided greater transparency and consistency in the financial reporting process.
