AND/OR BEQUESTS
The
Australian Lions Children’s Mobility Foundation would be honoured to receive
donations or bequests to assist in the fine work carried out by the Australian
Lions, Lioness and Leos under the stewardship of the Trustees of the Foundation.
Donations
Tax
deductible donations can be forwarded to The Secretary, Australian Lions
Children’s Mobility Foundation, PO Box 279, Rosewood Qld 4340.
These
donations can be either private or corporate.
Bequest Form
‘I
bequest to Australian Lions Children’s Mobility Foundation, PO Box 279, Rosewood
4340, the sum of $.............. and receipt of the Secretary or other
authorised person of the Foundation shall be sufficient discharge of the same.’
