This brochure is
designed to assist people who wish to stop smoking carry out that
wish.
There are many people who are really serious about trying to give up
smoking, from young people to the older members of our community.
This brochure aims to help them set out a plan of actions and
encourages them to continue with their plan to eventual success.
It is set out in
our normal easy to read and understand 10 step format which aims to
make this difficult task of Quitting as easy as possible with a
minimum of fuss.
The brochure is
ideal for all ages and would be particularly useful in schools where
it is apparent that young people are still smoking.
