BIG BOOK ON ALCOHOL

The Foundation offers this publication in the scenes as part of its growing resource material. This one is an excellent publication called "The Big Book on Alcohol" , it was produced by Uniting Care Moreland Hall and is another fantastic resource for the classroom or the home.

These books will be a valuable part of any school program and a must for any family with children.

  BIG BOOK ON CANNABIS
The Foundation offers this publication in the series as part of its growing resource material. This one is an excellent publication called "The Big Book on Cannabis". It was produced by Uniting Care Moreland Hall and is a fantastic resource for the classroom or the home.

Designed specifically for young people, particularly those who would be described as "pre-contemplators" and those who may be involved in experimental drug use. This 20 page booklet has a harm minimisation focus and presents information in an interesting way with eye catching cartoon illustrations throughout.

The booklet takes a considered and rational look at cannabis and its effects, history and current legal status in Australia. It is hoped that this may encourage informed decision making in relation to cannabis - to help people decide not to use, or to cut down, or to use more safely. These books will be valuable part of any school program or just simply for family use.

  BIG BOOK ON DRUGS
The Foundation offers as part of its resource package an excellent publication called :The Big Book on Drugs".

It was produced by Uniting Care Moreland Hall and is a fantastic resource for the classroom.

Designed specifically for young people, particularly those who would be described as "pre-contemplators" and those who may be involved in experimental focus and presents drug information in an interesting way with eye-catching cartoon illustrations throughout.

These books will be a valuable part of any school program or just simply for family use.

  BIG BOOK ON PARTY DRUGS
The Foundation offers this publication in the series as part of its growing resource material.

This one is an excellent publication called "The Big Book on Party Drugs" it was produced by Uniting Care Moreland Hall and is a fantastic resource for the classroom or the home. While there's a lot of information (and misinformation) about party drugs - including ecstasy, cocaine, LSD, speed, crystal meth, ketamine, GHB - we don't know enough about their long term effects. However, we do know that all drugs are potentially harmful and that taking them involves risks.

"Harm minimisation" is a helpful attitude towards drugs and safety. Without condoning drug use, it accepts that some people use illegal drugs in the dance, party and club scenes. It aims to reduce the dangers of using drugs while promoting good safety practices,

These books will be valuable part of any school program and a must for any family with children.
