Damien was a Charter member of the Lions Club of Rockhampton Mt.Archer Club and
transferred to Morayfield and District Club in 2001. He has been a member of
Lions for 34 years with perfect attendance for his time. From a professional
point, Damien was a technical officer with PMG/Telstra and retired in 2000 after
40 years with the organisation. At Club level, he has held positions of
President, Secretary (7 years) Treasurer to cover a few. At District level he
has held a number of positions including Assistant Cabinet Secretary and
Assistant Cabinet Treasurer, Cabinet Treasurer, Zone and Region Chairman as well
as ALF Chairman.
Damien was elected the 'Q' District's ALF Trustee in May 1997 and currently holds the
position of the Treasurer of the ALF.
