Paul is a Charter member of the Lions Club of East Maitland with 34 years
membership. he has held a number of positions at Club level (including President
and Secretary). At District level he has held numerous positions including
District Governor, and he has also served 5 years as the MD Nominations
Committee Chairman. Paul has been a Trustee for 9 years. Prior to his election
as a Trustee in May 2000, he had served 2 years as the Foundation's Treasurer.
As a Trustee he continued to serve as Treasurer for a further 3 years, then as
Secretary/Treasurer for 4 years, and has been our Chairman for the last 3 years.
Paul is a member of several professional associations and his working career
included executive roles in large Company Accounting, Finance and
Administration. He retired from full-time work after almost 40 years with the
same firm.
Paul and his Lions lady Roslyn have 3 children and 6 grandchildren.
