All awards can be granted more than once to the same individual.

The Australian Lions Foundation accepts all donations and bequests and acknowledges all gifts.

Certain Designated Gifts of $2 or more are Tax Deductible.

ALF gifts may be paid through your Project and Activity or Community Service Account

Make an Annual Honorary Contribution

Each year when you receive your second semi - annual Dues Account, your club is requested to make a $ 1.00 ( one dollar ) per member donation to the Foundation. We urge you to ensure that your club contributes this nominal amount.

A donation of $ 250.00 provides a Club Banner Patch.

This award is made to the club donating $ 250.00 to the Foundation in any one year.

In recognition, the club shall receive an attractive patch to affix to its club banner, for each subsequent year the club contributes $ 250.00, a star will be forwarded to the club to attach to the patch. Each fifth year of contributions ( 5, 10, etc ) a " Star of Appreciation " will be forwarded to the club.

Personal Donations / Bequests

As an individual Lion member or simply as a member of the community you may wish to make a personal donation to our Australian Lions Foundation. If so, please make your cheque payable to " ALF International Cooperation " and, provided it is over $ 2.00 ( two dollars ) it will be tax deductible.

Individuals are able to nominate the Australian Lions Foundation as a recipient of their estate by making the bequest in their will.
