Grant Applications  Important Notice

In recent times, we have been receiving quite a few Grant Applications that have needed follow up with the submitting Clubs because of a variety of errors, especially -

  • No supporting letter from the Club, explaining the project and its community benefit (Condition1 on the Grant Application Conditions)
  • No quotes supplied
  • Amount requested exceeded the Club's share
  • Not signed by a District Executive

Could all Clubs please ensure that these points are noted when submitting your applications as this will allow a very quick review and consideration by the Trustees if all required information is correct and to hand.

Please Note:- You no longer need to send in 6 copies of the application - just the original.

The Australian Lions Foundation is proud to support Clubs and their worthy projects through the approval of Grants for their community projects. The Australian Lions Foundation would appreciate a copy of any photos a club may take when they have completed a project that has been supported by a Grant. We will be able to use that information and show others how their funds have been used throughout the Multiple District.

For further information contact Australian Lions Foundation Secretary or State Trustee
Address details are in the current issue of the Multiple District Directory
