Welcome

Dear Fellow Lions, Leos and Lioness's

Tasmania is delighted to be host for the 59th MD Convention and we look forward to welcoming many members from interstate and locally.

We as a committee are excited about putting together  an interesting program with a blend of business and social activity for you  to ensure you "HAVE A DEVIL OF A TIME" and enjoy your stay with us.

The programme for the 2011 Convention is taking shape and we are delighted His Excellency The Honourable Peter Underwood AC ,Governor of Tasmania has accepted our invitation to open the Convention.

We  are also pleased to advise that as a keynote speaker we have been able to secure Father Chris Riley (Kids off the Street) I am sure many of you have seen him on TV  speaking on this subject.

Accommodation houses still advise that ample accommodation is still available both here in Launceston and around the State should you be considering a pre or post tour ..

Listed hereunder are some important dates for your Diary  2011.

Registrations will be held from 12.30 - 5'00pm on Thursday 14th April,200 at the Headquarters Hotel Grand Chancellor Cameron Street.
Also on Friday 15th from 7.30 am to 9.00am at the same venue.
