2005 MD Leo of the Year . -  Adelaide Lions Convention.

The MD Adelaide Convention saw a record 5 entrants contest the Leo of the Year Quest with the eventual winner being Leo Ashley Jade Neilson from Ulladulla - Milton Leo Club in NSW. The other contestants were Leo Candice Bergin from SA, Leo Terina Watson from WA, Leo Timothy Cooper from Tasmania and Leo Tanis Hinton from Qld.

The 2005 Judging Panel were Chief Judge PID Barry Palmer (NSW), PDG Sandra Treble (NSW) PDG Lance Leak (SA) ID Cliff Heywood (NZ) and Leo Jane Overington (Qld)

Ashley won a prize package valued at $4,000 and went on to represent MD201 as our entrant in the prestigous International Leo of the Year.

The next MD Leo of the Year Quest will be held at the Gold Coast Convention  between the 13th -15th May 2006.
