Here are
some photo's from the Blessing of the Fleet, the return of the street parade
after a 5 year break. All service clubs in our town got together to make it
happen. BOTF had 48 year 10 students entered with a sponsor to be the BOTF
princess and 2 runner ups but all were princess in on the day parade down
the main street of Ulladulla with there Floats. The fishing fleet are then
blessed for the year.
The Ulladulla Milton Leo's took charge of the Lions club MGR for the day.
With 3 shifts of 3 Leo's and the Leo Advisors over seeing them. All Leo's
worked received a well a training on the MGR operation, safety with OH&S.
The Leo's helped young riders on and off the ride and enjoyed seeing smiling
young kids enjoying the ride. We worked from 9am to 5pm. and took takings of
$693.00 for our efforts.
