The Warren Central School Leo Club 201N4 received it's Charter on 10 February 2009 from DG Bob Moore at a Dinner attended by 2008/09 International Leo of the Year Reece Colman,DGE Ray Strong, District 201N4 Leo Chairman PDG Peter Perry and myself.
 
This is the first Leo Club in District 201N4 for some time and a tribute to the ongoing support and encouragement of the Leo Club Program by District Governor Bob Moore and his efforts to form more Clubs in his District.
 
During the evening Leo Reece Colman gave a very inspirational address as an Australian Leo.
