If you have something of interest to report then you are encouraged to contribute. If you need assistance on what you wish to contribute, there are Magazine Coordinators around the country willing to help. These Coordinators are listed on the panel of page three of each edition.

Otherwise, you can send contributions direct to the Magazine's editorial base:

The magazine is looking for features of all types; on people, places and projects - ones that will give the magazine overall appeal. Do not be afraid to contribute the quirky or offbeat. The Lion necessarily includes the serious but it always needs material to provide balance.

The same applies to photography. In this digital age, most clubs have a photography enthusiast amongst their membership. If you are that person send the editor your work that relates to your club. Be adventurous, seek some shots a little different from the norm that will better bring attention to the subject you wish to promote.

If you are shooting digitally, you can email your shots as J-PEGS. If they are more than 1MB, please burn them on to a CD and post them.

The preferable way to submit text is via email - or as hard copy (typed) with an accompanying disk containing the text.

Editorial should be submitted by the first day of the month for the issue with a cover date beginning from the following month e.g. June-July issue should be submitted by May 1.

The earlier you can submit features the better. While every effort will be made to include features, inevitably there will be some that will miss out for various reasons.
