Former volunteer, Nunawading and District Retarded and Spastic Children's Association; the Association was formed by the Nunawading Apex Club in 1967 as a centre to help intellectually disabled children and adults.

Instrumental in forming a close alliance with the Lord Mayor's Children's Camp at Portsea.

Took on the design and construction responsibilities for the City of Nunawading Bicentenary Project; a scenic lookout with wheelchair access.
