Recently, the Youth Exchange Committee farewelled a number of retiring members. Many of you will remember Rod Bradley as almost a fixture having served 9 years in various capacities, most recently as the Program Chairperson for Europe. We wish Rod well for his upcoming year as District Governor of 201Q2.

David Wilcox and Andy Fitzgerald have served the Committee well for a period of 3 years each. David is leaving to do a lot more travel himself but still to serve on the Camp kookaburra Committee, whilst Andy needs to devote more time to family. Best wishes go them as well.

A tower of strength to the MD Youth Exchange Committee of a period of 12 years, PDG Carlene King is finishing her final term as Manager – Youth and Community Projects. Carlene says she is going to enjoy a well-earned rest but the Committee finds that hard to believe.

All were recently presented with Plaques of Appreciation for their work with Lions Youth Exchange.
