	LIONS YOUTH EXCHANGE UNIFORM

The Youth Exchange uniform is worn by all Australian youth travelling overseas with the Lions Youth Exchange Program. The polo shirt is comfortable for airline travel and suitable for meetings and outings in overseas destinations. Warm clothing can be worn under the polar fleece jacket in colder countries.

Unique designs and colours for the polo shirt and fleece jacket mean the garments are easily recognised by airline staff, chaperones travelling with the Australian youth and host families waiting in overseas airports.

All Youth Exchange uniforms are manufactured in Australia.

The required Youth Exchange uniform includes:

• two (2) green and navy polo shirts, one (1) navy blue polar fleece jacket and Youth Exchange backpack (included in the total travel costs)

• dark-coloured slacks or trousers including neat fitting jeans (no holes, cuts, grunge style)

• black or dark footwear

• a Youth Exchange name badge (supplied)

• additional polo shirts which can be purchased at extra expense

Polo shirts and polar fleece jackets are ordered when youth complete the    MD201 Youth Exchange Application and Indemnity Form.
